Can we get an option for turning healthbars off completely in 2025 ? Or a mod for it ? Some people are waiting for this for years.

The closest setting you have is “Classic” or using the noui cheat but otherwise I second Apocalypso, I don’t think it’s useful turning this off.

Not everyone plays the same way the game. It’s immersion breaker. I combine competetive play and immersion together, even role play. BFME 2 had that option. Also you can see your heatlbars via 2 ways in AOE which is good thing. I would be seeing Healtbars on HUD (UI) area on selected units anyway when I wanted to, I would be getting that info without breaking the immersion.
Yes it’s useful but that it’s being useful is irrevelant in my point of view. I would prefer to see engaging units instead of engaging healtbars. And I would be still seeing healtbars on UI area on selected units anyway, instead of top of units. And It’s less usefull when game progress towards late, when you have 40 men army. But early game you 're managing 4 men army and such yeah, it 's good, but again I would be able to change the healtbars option with it’s hotkey quickly anyway.
