Hero Oracles Do Not Have Advanced Unit Commands

Issue:

Atlantean Oracle heroes do not have advanced unit controls like other combat units. They only have the ability to auto explore, patrol, and attack move. This causes them to be in what appears to be an aggressive stance leading them to often wander off to attack units. In previous versions of the game before the Heavenly Spear DLC hero Oracles had the normal combat unit card commands along with the auto explore command, and therefore could be told to use Stand Ground stance.

Trigger Event:

Upgrading Atlantean Oracles to heroes.

Repro Steps:

  1. Upgrade Atlantean Oracle to hero.
