The information for the map Hudson Bay states that Harpooners as well as Highwaymen are available. However, only the Harpooner is enabled , not the Highwayman.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start a new match with on Hudson Bay

  2. Build a tavern/monastery
