I unlocked the Honey Badger cheat and it doesn’t do any damage to treasure guardians. Is this intended?

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Start game and type the cheat for Honey Badger.
2. Use honey badger to kill a Treasure guardian.
3. Notice no damage done!

Honey badger is supposed to kill treasure guardians.
