Hotkey "Access secondary UI panel" works not with different buildings selected

When playing Mongols with the default hotkey profile and building a barracks and a stable next to an ovoo and selecting both and pressing “Y” to access the secondary UI panel …

Then the primary UI panel is selected

But expected the secondary UI panel to be selected.
