Hotkey clash with non-existant hotkey

ISSUE EXPERIENCED

Can’t reassign hotkey to Ctrl+D. It’s clashing with an “empty” action. I believe that this is the Go To Dock hotkey because that’s the default.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Create new hotkey profile
Clear Go To Dock hotkey
Select ANY other hotkey and assign “Ctrl + D”
