Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Bind the hotkeys for Crossbowman. (the hotkeys work without problem for crossbowman)
2. Use the Church card to replace Crossbowman with Ordinance Rifleman.
3. Try to train multiple Ordinance Rifleman with hotkey - They cannot be trained multiply
