It just means they counter them, they have a strong attack vs other cavalry basically.

No, once you attack them it will snare and slow the units from escaping but that’s the same as with any other unit. The berber camels are just melee cavalry that counter other cavalry very well. They die to skirmishers/archers though as if they were a dragoon.
