How does relativity work?

If I give 8 different tech effect data,such as
Base:100
1.Assign:120
2.Assign:140
3.Absolute:30
4.Absolute:50
5.Percent:1.5
6.Percent:1.6
7.BasePercent:1.4
8.BasePercent:0.8
how does it work?
value=(140+30+50)×1.6×(1+0.4-0.2)?
Does “Override” cover all changes and “DefaultValue” clear all changes?

Base:100
1.Assign:120 =120
2.Assign:140 =140
3.Absolute:30 =140 + 30=170
4.Absolute:50 =170 + 50=220
5.Percent:1.5 =220 * 1.5=330
6.Percent:1.6 =330 * 1.6=528
7.BasePercent:1.4 =528+(100 * (1.4-1))=568
8.BasePercent:0.8 =568+(100 * (0.8-1))=548

“Override” only overwrite some types of data’s base value (cost bounty trainpoints workrate etc.) In other cases (like damage and hitpoints), the effect is the same as “Assign”
