I’m pretty sure they at least have map hack, they always manage to do efficient raid on larger size map, even with Elephants
Maybe they can track your mouse clicks on map to know where you are expanding… but that was more than a thing on Aoe1

what is map hack? you mean the AI can see all the map even there is fog?

Ok, i need to change my statement. Last time i played against Delhi with Roman Empire. This time i tried with Delhi against Romans and with Intermediate army as ally against also intermediate army. And Delhi civ is very OP civ, i mean they have 2 types of elephants, plus free technology boosted with scholar building. I had 8 elephants supported with 25ish archers, 20ish spears, and around 20 man at arms, and i lost only 2 elephants and some spears and man at arms, but killed like 30 enemy archers, spears, and some knights. My teammate got slaughtered by every attack it made, so if i did not attack enemy in that moment probably teammate would be defeated. I also did not attack enemy entire match, i let them fight, i just build defenses and army with upgrades. I was also in age IV before both AI players, so Delhi is really OP civ, i mean i addition to free tech and elephants they also have building that produce free elephants 
they need nerfing honestly 
Also my economy as in last time i played was spot on(check the pictures), but the problem was Roman Empire just cant be better than Delhi, no way, i did not even need siege equipment xD
