How long take the update to be able to download on Xbox PC?

Hi guys , its me again …last couple of months I bough the 25th anniversary bundle on XboxPc 'cause Steam its in dollars and the games here are cheap.
Any way … I looking for the build #107882 but I cant found the update button … I set the game to looking updates when they start the game but nothing.

Still on build #104954
