How to close the Scenario Editor?

I can’t find a way to close the Scenario Editor. There’s no button or menu to get out of it, and the Escape key is not showing any menu. ALT-F4 closes the game altogether.

In the file menu there should be an option to return to the main menu or exit to Windows.

I didn’t realize those were menus, I thought they were the name of the section in the tool palette.
