I’m not sure I follow. It sounds like you’re saying you will always get 32 points per win, which definitely isn’t the case, but that’s how I’m reading your post. Are you able to explain it further? Are you referring to the K-factor of the elo system, or the direct points transfer?
I think what you two are talking about is a bit irrelevant anyway. Sure, the TG rating was inflated in the past and that’s how people got to 2k TG ratings very easily.
The real problem is simply that if you only played TG games and got to 2k+ rating, then playing your first 1v1 games put your 1v1 rating around 2k+ as well. So you’d play 2 games, probably lose both of them, and still be near the 2k+ rating (depending on how much you lost) with your 1v1 rating.
That’s how you see some accounts have 2k 1v1 rating with 2 games played only (and both games were lost as well). That’s the trick, not what @PilotSpider3216 mentioned.
Guys hold on. I remember some of my few first of the 10 games got me +48 per win, and 30+ later on. So when does +16 per win start to take effect?
With that in mind, let’s say if a 1146 player win against a 1160 then how many points it will gain and lose for each player?
I see I forgot to type the words ‘sum of’. I edited my post. Now it should be correct and clearer.
