Just played a game vs guy called [ScottFlynn] (ScottFlynn – AoE4 World)
During replay it’s visible that he watched the fog of war plenty of times. Once I pushed back his initial longbows with sipahi, the game suddenly de-synced and he get’s the points.
After any game, or via your game history, you can view the name of the players. There are two icons: one to block the player, the other to report the player. You can report them via there.

dont bother reporting, they have never bothered dealing with any form of abuse.
