I FIND MANY USERS PATING HM+1100 TO ACCEPT YOU FOR PLAYING , SO PLS ANYONE GUIDE ME TO UPGRADE MY HM:

What means HM?
You mean the Homecity level?
Or do you mean the Ranked ELO

Then you have to play ranked matches :smiley:

my civ 130 but they need hm more then 1050 so some user have 1300

Go to multiplayer and select " RANKED MATCH "
