If the Incas were added, how could they generate favour in a unique way that would be different to Aztecs?
Generate favor from farming maybe?
temples! the farther away from your own TCs that you build them (with a falloff), the more favor they generate. Plays into the Neo Inca Kingdom aspect. Would make it fun to defend those places and finally add points of interest beyond TCs. Age4 tech similar to the Japanese would make the distance significantly less.
