Everyone I know (about 30 players) has this problem. There isn’t a single person who doesn’t have it
The villager can’t drop off the resource in any way. I already tried changing all the right‑click and garrison settings, but it has nothing to do with that. I can’t deliver the resource until I repair the storage building.

i think december 2025 update trigger it or i dont remember what update but has more than 4 months.

just build an storage near an enemy town center in order to damage it and then chop wood then drop off the wood in it, you will notice you cant without repairing it first.

the villagers still drop off the resources automatically if they are not commanded to drop off them, but once ordering it manually the repair icon appear.
nothing in settings can change it, everybody has this problem.

i cant drop off the resources even if the storage is damaged. No my economy is not ruined when all my buildings are damaged and i need to deliver resources.
to drop off the resource without having to repair the storage as before
the repair icon should not appear. The food basket should appear instead, unless I press Alt+V
