I cannot edit my submitted campaign

Hey!
I currently have the issue, if I want to edit my submitted campaign (with a new update), I always get this empty window (screenshot). It appears after I click on the “edit” button on the little gear wheel next to the campaign name.

Is it a known bug or is there a solution for it?
