There is an issue that has been bothering me for about 1 month. Whenever I open up my AOE3 DE, the main menu keeps showing this message:“Unable to connect to online services, platform sign in error. Please ensure the device is signed in”
I tr,ed everything I could: Reinstalled the game, fixed it by using the Xbox app. I keep my game up-to-date.
I have no connection problems. I don’t use any other antivirus program besides Windows security app. I set up the firewall to allwo the game’s connection, but eventually nothing happens.
Could you please give me a hand?
