I don't like the naming of expansions

the worst offenders are “the last khans” and “the last chieftains”.. they try to push the mystique of the end of an era, but it’s so lame. in second place, “rise of the rajas”, “dawn of the dukes”, it’s the preceding case, inverted, like, “look, they are coming/growing!”

then, “the conquerors”… it’s a desperate call for attention… and to inflate the conquering theme they included a civ better suited for AOE1: the huns. that civ was so out of place that, in their campaign, the wester roman empire was represented by the Byzantines !!! ???

“african kingdoms” “dynasties of India” “the mountain royals” yeah, those were the types of government in that epoch; tell me something I don’t know

I like “forgotten empires” because it’s cute, it’s like the developers merely forgot that italians and slavs were important.

Because the Viking raids that happened in the 13’th century was done by NotVikings™

For whoever doesn’t like the last DLC names I have ideas how to change them slightly so we can lough about them.

The Viking Suckers (referring to the Viking losing Gambesons)
The Last Chickentrains (referring to the fix to funneling we just had)

Mmm okay, i take the criticism. “africa alive” sounds better; the rest of the titles lack a verb so this one should too.

I would change the Last Khans to the Wrath of Khan.
