I have very upseting problem , bug with elo ranking(soigia_junior)

each time I win ( no matter if 1v1 or in teams ) I don’t gain any points added to my elo rank
but win I lose or even when game drop I always lose points in my elo rank
and this is very frustrating

no matter also if I win someone with higher elo or lower elo I don’t get any added points when I win

what do

please help

Hi SoiGiaJunior, Which Age game are you having ELO problems? This info is needed so the dev teams know where to start to resolve the issue.

Age of empires IIV definitive edition
( i don’t have a problem with elo anymore)

but the drops problem it’s much more annoying
