I’ve been playing for 20-odd years and still enjoy the game. My ELO is around the 1000-1200 mark and I play ranked matches, almost always team RM with my friends. I’d like to meet other noobs and potentially even organize a tournament or something.

Specifically noob elo tends to be around the 700-900 marks.
I don’t consider 1000-1200 to be in the noob range, but for the most part it is the elo range where it is still acceptable by some to play against and with them within reason if they are aware of the difference.
