I played the game while I had the XBOX GAME PASS for PC, when the Game Pass ran out I decided to buy the game on Steam. Although I can synchronize the account with xbox game play, in my profile name and user in the game (AOE 3 definitive edition) it appears ########### and my achievements and rank are not reflected either. What I can do? I appreciate the help they can give me.
the #### are probably because your name is censored.
But the name that the game is censoring me in my profile is the same as if I see when I log in to the xbox live account
in the profile account: ######
on xbox live: TrapoARG
They are both the same.
Since you bought the game on Steam, it will use your Steam name now and that one is being censored.
I don’t think it’s possible to transfer the achievements/rank/etc.
