I’ve had people cuss me out real bad. The best thing is to ignore it. Apparently reporting it actually can do something too (good to know).
To the whole Mexico thing, it is op in treaty. I’d understand someone asking you to change your civ. “No op” lobbies are fine.
Hopefully it’s a temporary ban. You don’t want overly aggressive banning. I used Blood Brothers once and someone claimed they were going to report me. I think he blocked me too. Nothing ever came of it though. The +30k score or whatever from Blood Bros freaks people out.
