I need to reboot my Dell G15 to sart AOE IV

Every time I boot my Dell G15 laptop after it totally power off, I click the AOE IV icon to start the game, it has no response, just like the icon has not been clicked. Even you click the AOE IV icon many times, the AOE IV doesn’t start.

I need to reboot the Dell G15, then I can click the AOE IV icon to start the game.

I reinstall the Windows 11 and restall all drivers two times, I update Dell G15 all firmwares, the problem remains.

Any one can help?

I contact with a Dell engineer, he test hardwares, no problems are found.
