They said they don’t have enough resource to do the DLC.
But I really don’t know why they don’t give us those revs——Morocco,Tatar,Somalia,they have already in the database,and it is very easy to be the revs.

Unfortunately that does nothing for their bottom line. It appears from the announcement that they aren’t even going to fix simple bugs or balance issues, so I don’t see them making any further investment for any reason other than perhaps to relieve community pressure.
