I want to link my account to xbox live, but I get this message “account linking is not available in offline mode”. How could I solve it and thus be able to have it linked?
It’s October 2024 and I’m still getting the same message, “account linking is unavailable while offline”. I have been through all of the troubleshooting starting with uninstalling, removing the age of empires folder from documents folder and reinstalling. None of this has helped. It used to be connected and my achievements would carry over to xbox. Not sure why it stopped. Even though the error reads “offline”, it says “online” under my profile name while playing age of empires 4.
