When load a saved game, and at the moment when Castle Age is researched, the icon builds for this age (such Castle and University) are blocked. Also, the “Advance to” icon is not displayed on Town Center.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Save the game just before the Castle Age research is completed.
- Load the saved game. At this point, the Castle Age research is already finished.
- Open the Town Center. The “Advance to Imperial Age” icon is missing. Additionally, when selecting a villager to construct buildings, all Castle Age buildings are disabled.
This happens on a single casual match, with all the game adjustements values on default.

Castle builds enabled and Advance to Imperial Age icon displayed
