GAME BUILD 95810: October PUP

Unit icons dramatically lag the game when many of them are on screen (when selecting large armies for example).

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
Play any game mode and select a large group of units or buildings. This is enough to cause massive lag.
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
The game should run normally (60 FPS or so).

ALWAYS attach a PICTURE (.jpg, .png, .gif) or VIDEO (.mp4, YouTube link) that highlights the problem.
Attach a SAVE GAME (.aoe2spgame) or GAME RECORDING (.aoe2record) of the match where you encountered the issue. Link it below if using an external file service.
Also, I noticed that this happens only when you select the units and the icons appear, it doesn’t happen when watching the record of a game, but it also happens when you select the units in that record, even if the game is paused or the match has finished:
I think I do have something called display memory and shared memory, but, I don’t have a GPU in my laptop afaik. The game ran well until this bug happened a couple patches ago and right now with this PUP.
