IDK why but when I join the game it keeps download every mod at every time when I start game

Issue:

IDK why but it has started at least 2~3 weeks ago. when I start the game, every time it download all my mod that had already subscribed. yeah, It just iterated all the time when I turn on the game, every time.
no mod updates or something, but all mods redownloaded automatically. it’s really annoying.

just start game. it will automatically triggered
