Idle villagers when creating multiple farms

Issue:

When selecting multiple villagers and shift clicking to create farms, the 1 villager will do the work and the rest will become idle

Trigger Event:

This issue occurred since the release of this game

Repro Steps:

  1. Select multiple villagers
  2. Shift click to create multiple farms
  3. Some villagers will become idle
