If we can't get a solution for map hacking, can we please get a permanent ban for the offender?

I have the following case:

Guy is cheating. I report in game, nothing happens. 1 day later, I spend 1 hour recording and uploading video proof that he is cheating. (It is not a case of “he might be hacking” he was very very precise with clicks in fog of war, even to block a palisade with his scout)

He gets banned for 7 days.

After 7 days, he is back cheating. I spend 1 extra hour recording and uploading video to report on website.

He gets banned for 7 days.

Now he is back on the ladder cheating again.

I don’t want to open another ticket.

CAN WE GET A PERMA BAN FOR THIS TYPE OF OFFENSE? What do we need to do?

I know it is hard to change the game engine completely to prevent map hacking, but let us at least do something if someone is actually doing it.

The ban is not strong enough; it should be at least six months, and the linked account should be banned at the same time.

given there are so many map hackers, 7-day ban is definitely not enough.

Not giving permanent bans to cheaters is ridiculous. This is the first time in my life I’ve seen a game that doesn’t permanently ban cheaters. In South Korea, people can even be jailed for cheating because they value esports so highly. Only banning cheaters temporarily is disrespectful to the entire competitive AoE IV scene.
