If we are getting a fully fleshed out U.S. civ they should make changes to Act 3: Steel and Act 2: Shadow to feature their units and technologies instead of generic British ones.
And maybe make the Mexican Army in Act 3: Steel not use archaic infantry. xD

Honestly I think we should get more balanced 16 civs before any additions. I hope the update is for campaign/historical battles only.
It would be fun, but it can be done in the form of an update. DLC can be done simultaneously.
