I dont understand it. Imperial official goes Zzzz when there is no taxes to collect. When u click button of no work at the moment units he is being chosen. U dont know it is villagers without task or u have to skip when you are looking for villagers every time. For me this is stupid. Why this is made like that? She shouldnt go “Zzzz” mode just like army, if he stands ground, hes still not “Zzzz”
