First of all , I really appreciate the hard work in this awesome game. It’s my favorite game right now. Love it.
After spending more then 300 hours and tried all the civs and I read about all their details, Here are my ideas:
I read about Saracens in AOE2 and it says it’s refer to Medina empires “Rashiduns/Umayyads/Abbasids” = They are all one family from the same great grandfather and from the same neighborhood.
As you know, Arabs Empire was very huge from China to France & Spain with great success in all categories : Military/culture/religion/sciences so not only economy!
They defeated Byzantium and Persia at the same time even their puppets and alone without any allies! and they came from civil wars in Arabia!
I noticed they have weak army in the game or let’s say the military section in general compare to other civs! Only Ghulam and some camels and ghulam not that strong to be honest.

Ghulam name should be change to Mubarizon like in Crusader Kings 3, Because “Ghulam” were only used in non Arab islamic civs like Ottomans/Delhi/Safavid, It used only in the late last weak Abbasids era. And I think Mubarizon should have their own ability and be strong.

Arabs have the best and fastest horses on earth! The Arabian horse, So it’s so great if you add unique light cav Arabian unit to Abbasids like this one and it should be in first age and fastest unit in the game and their name is “Al - Fursan” or Faris.

Naffatun units as unique archer unit in early age , You can see this unit in ancestors legacy game.

Things like very fast research + tech + Imams special ability in fast converting or fast wolllololo + Jihad zeal … etc
In general when I looked in all the other civs, I saw a really cool stuff and too many details but when I go back to Abbasids & Ayyubids , Nothing much to see, Nothing fancy, They don’t get the same hard work not the same effort and not the same quality, Please devs all I ask is to put the same hard work and love for them just like other civs.
All second civs got special features/mechanic and Ayyubids not.
Other civs have much higher numbers and things and details but Arabs civs under the average in the details.
All other civs got their historical things even with disney and fantasy stuff sometimes which is I don’t mind it’s cool = it makes things more beautiful, They got disney skins and abilities, Sipahi unit got disney horse skin while Abbasids and Ayyubids don’t get the same interest not even their historical details! even Abbasids monuments are not good : D, You should add one of Abbasids emperor as a monument for example.
It will be so cool & great to make those ideas in a completely new Arabian civ like Umayyads in Andalusia “Spain” with landmarks and special mechanic or you could rework and add it to Abbasids and Ayyubids or why not both? more contents = more players 
Many thanks to you all and please, Make this game alive as much as you can with adding contents continuously, Things like changing the helmets of the ranks in every season , some season Abbasids helmets, Some English , Some Chinese, Like that, it will be so cool and open tiers every season 50 tiers with special rewards like other games, it’s nice to have.
