In case you lose hope

You can find that all things in the picture will happen in the first half of this year. So there may be something else in the second half of the year.

It hurts that they replaced us with a damn mobile game…

and will there be a second post in the second half of the year??? no, it means that nothing else will be added…

Why do you answer the question yourself?

Last year, they made two posts regarding franchise-wide news:

  • The first one was posted 4th February 2025 and covered the following topics: Immortal Pillars launch date, AoM + AoE 2 on PS5, teasing 3K for AoE 2, info on AoE Mobile as well as mentioning two DLCs for AoE 4. Everything mentioned in this article (except the 2nd DLC of AoE 4 as that was a fyi) was released in the first half of 2025.
  • The second one was posted 30th July 2025 and covered the following topics: Heavenly Spear for AoM, teasing the second Chronicles DLC for AoE 2, teasing Dynasties of the East for AoE 4. As with the first article, everything mentioned was released in the second half of 2025.

So logically speaking, the article where @ArtisttZ has the thumbnail from only covers everything up to June/July 2026.

But Age of Empires Mobile showcases all the wonderful things that the Age of Empires series is all about!

Next you’ll be telling me that it’s a typical pay-to-win, shallow mobile game designed to encourage players to spend money on in-game currency to purchase things to speed progress on things that in 'typical’ RTS would never be considered, whilst not maintaning any franchise stalwarts such as herdables, micromanagement of military and villager units, tense online matches, a true sense of progression through distinctive eras, all covered in the most paper-thin facade of an Age of Empires game by way of featuring soley the name.

If anything, I find it most representative of World’s Edge’s approach and tone to the series currently.
