In the Montezuma Campaign Mission “The Boiling Lake”, the player has the secondary objective to capture horses and trade carts. When captured, these units create Xolotl Warriors and Bombard Cannons, respectively.

However, the Xolotl Warriors spawn in with 60/140 HP, and the Bombard Cannons with 70/80 HP.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play Montezuma Campiagn mission #5 “The Boiling Lake”
  2. Capture horses and trade carts.
  3. Note HP valuves.

Expected result is for these units to spawn in with their full HP values.

as a small aside, the trade carts you capture in this mission currently are camel-drawn. They should probably be horse-drawn or even be handcarts given they’re materials captured from the spanish.

I think the damaged state is caused by the bug I reported after the big update in April, with the “Replace Object” trigger effect being bugged:
When the Horses and Trade Carts are replaced by different units, they keep the same HP as the objects they replace.

HP used to scale properly when objects were replaced, but the update caused a bug that still hasn’t been fixed.
