Recently, when trying to select a civilization in a 1v1 Ranked Match, regardless of how many times I clicked on the desired civilization, it automatically changed to random, and the match started with the random selection.
Additionally,
- When starting a Ranked Match, the “Previous Season’s Highest Rank and Rewards,” which should be displayed at the timing of season transition, is consistently shown every time.
- Emblems, town center monuments, and other elements cannot be changed (even when others view my profile, it appears as if changes have been made).
I have conducted integrity checks and reinstallation on Steam, but the issues persist. Please provide a solution if available.
