:backhand_index_pointing_down: DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL (below). LIMIT TO ONE BUG PER THREAD.
The Sea Tower is building available in the Scenario Editor. According to its description, “units can garrison inside” and “shoot additional projectiles”. Which is not the case.

Normally, the Sea Tower doesn’t even have garrison capacity. When playing as the Teutons, a capacity of 5 is displayed, but garrisoning is not possible nonetheless.

:play_button: REPRODUCTION STEPS

:backhand_index_pointing_down: List CLEAR and DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue ourselves… Be descriptive!

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open the Scenario Editor, place a Sea Tower and a unit that can normally be garrisoned in towers (e.g. Villager).
  2. Test the scenario. Select the Sea Tower and read its description by hovering over its icon.
  3. Try to garrison the unit in the Sea Tower, it won’t work, despite the Sea Tower’s description.

:play_button: EXPECTED RESULT

:backhand_index_pointing_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
If it is not possible to garrison units, the description should not claim the opposite.

:backhand_index_pointing_down: ALWAYS attach a PICTURE (.jpg, .png, .gif) or VIDEO (.mp4, YouTube link) that highlights the problem.
Even though a garrison capacity of 5 is displayed for the Sea Tower of the Teutons, the two Villagers will never be able to enter it, contrary to the description.
