Inability to obtain the mountain royals in-game player icons

I have won over 50 games with georgians and armenians but i am still yet to obtain the in-game player icons for 10 games won with each of the civs

Thanks for reporting this issue. We are already investigating this error with the player icons not being granted despite completing the requirements.

The problem hasn’t been solved yet obviosly, i now have won over a 100 games with georgians, according to aoe2insights, i’ve been briefly granted with the 10 wins profile icon, i set it as my main icon, but seems like it’s no longer available again see pic down below
