“Llama lifestyle” and SAPA INCA cards are bugged… the sapa inca card works as in it buffs the explorer but does not give units any bonuses like it says. “Llama life style” doubles the work weight of llamas on the plaza but infact i think it makes them a bit worse please fix inca is under played and underwhelming already

The inca warchief bonus is only for natives and artillery:
