When you build the Native Embassy from the American Allies age 1 card, then use the Age 4 card Blood Brothers, it deletes all upgrades you would normally have from American Allies at the Native Embassy.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Build Native Embassy from Age 1 American Allies card
- Pick the native ally you want to use
- Send Blood Brothers age 4 card
- All upgrades are removed.

What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
Upgrades are suppose to show.
