Choosing the Zapotec Allies from the Embassy after sending American Allies does not unlock the tech tree associated with them (this includes the unit upgrades as well).

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start Skirmish as Inca
  2. Send American Allies card
  3. Choose Zapotec Allies

Should have gained access to Zapotec tech upgrades.

This bug only occurs when the native’s you ally with already exist on the map you’re playing. You still get an increased build limit from sending the card, but you cannot research the techs unless you build a Tambo on the native post like normal (the techs still won’t show up at the native embassy after the Tambo is built).

A bug related to this card that I noticed is if you ally with the Mapuche, you cannot train the Ironwood Clubman and can only make Bolas Riders.

Another bug I noticed is that you can research the techs at any Tambo once you send the card (even on a trade route). I am not sure if this is intended.
