Inca Villagers - Why do they look like north americans?

Why do the Incas share Villager Model with North American Natives(Haudenosaunee and Lakota)?
Aztecs from central america get a unique villager model but Inca from south america share it with north american natives??? Why?

Devs please fix this…

Am I the only person bothered by this inconsistency?

No. They should have the aztec villager model of all things, and better yet their own model, as aztec and andean clothes are not the same.

i remember a guy saying that ottoman villagers should look like indian villagers and not like european villagers.

The problem here is this:

Aztecs get a villager model

And Inca, Sioux, Iroquois get a shared villager model.

How on earth does it make sense for Inca to use North American Villagers?

Its really easy to portray them correctly, the devs took a lot of considerations to try to be “fair” with the northern natives, changing a LOT of things, but goes easy on the only southern one (just ONE civ from the south?, come on, they should at least make Guaraníes next)

Guaranis would be nice. Personally, if I’d do another expansion on the Americas, I’d definitely add Mapuche

This issue should definitely be fixed. Inca have actually great clothing traditions:
