Incorrect match making delay for leaving early

I was forced to wait before being allowed to rejoin the match making queue due to apparently disconnecting from a game early.
I realise it is probably seems like I actually did disconnect early and I dont know how to prove that I didn’t. All I can do is upload the game I was playing before I had the time out from the matchmaking queue and hope that you trust that I have uploaded the correct game.
As part of a larger point I think this shows that while the delay to matchmaking queues is necessary, its implementation needs improving.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Wait until just after 5 minutes in game time
  2. quit game
  3. be unable to rejoin match making queue

After resigning after 5 minutes I should not have a delay before being able to rejoin match making queue
