Indian AI can cast stomp?

So i have seen this a couple of time and I cant really explain it, but in games with the Indian AI, sometimes I get notification that “Akbar has used the Stomp ability” which felt weird because usually hero abilities are not notified.

Weirder still is that it is able to stun an area of units even though the Monk is not even around or is fainted even, making it like a casted ability.
