Invinting friends they are always offline (and the game don't save some names)

I usually play team game, but the list o players are always showing as offline, even though my friends are online.
Also, most of the time I have to write name by name to make invites, which is really boring. Why can’t we have friends list (from steam AND X-box).

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Join ranked or normal games
Invite other player for party

There should be a list of most common players so I can invite them more easily.
