Is crucible perk point still gone even after update? My God

Issue: crucible perk point still gone

Trigger Event: it was over 10,000 points and it’s all gone now what should I do with it?

can’t even play it happened to me more like 2~3 times and that’s it.

(what was happening at the time of the issue. this could be an action you or another player took right before the issue started)

Repro Steps: turn off the game - reinstall - restart(still in problem)

Same for me, didn’t play since last week so only noticed now but at least 1000 points are gone and I can’t re-earn them that easily since the masteries are still marked as completed. Doesn’t give me a lot of motivation to grind the like 5 games so at least 3 hours without pause just to earn them back, even less if they can disappear again.

The most recent minor patch should stop you losing any more. I don’t think there was any mention of bringing them back.

and still didn’t get all of their rewards back??

It happened to me more than 2~3 times before patch, and even after the patch.

or they bring back all of disappeared rewards

my times that spent over this contents are just all wasted

Such a shame because this game mode is so fun. Im done playing until they fix this. What a waste of time. Fix your game

Perk points reset to 0
Difficulty reset even though I beat ridiculous, it is now locked again.

Medals/achievements still completed so can’t get rewards again.

Try turning off Steam Cloud sync. This is supposed to prevent resets.

I thought a Redeem Code style restore or award could be exist…

but they said it’s impossible to give my all progress restore.

When did this last happen? After the 12th?

yes. I wrote it 11/15 and it happened 11/14.
if it was before update I would not wrote this

Did you play Crucible after the update, or did you just notice the lost points after the update?

e.g. the points might have already been lost before the update, but you might not have seen it until you launched the game after the update.

No it is not. I’m sure because I play Crucible almost everyday since it’s came out. even before I lost it, 11/12,/11/13 the points were just fine(I lost once before the update so I was try to restore all of my progress)

but then 11/14 it’s gone ‘again’

totally more than 15,000 points were gone like that.

and now, I just can’t try to play anymore

look at this play times. almost 200 hours were on Crucible. It hurts soooo much for me.

Even if it does not happen again, not restoring the lost perk points is ridiculous. The masteries are still all completed so you cant even use them to earn perk points again.

Fixing the reset is only solving half the problem, the other half is giving people their progress back.

restore the progress is more important than

fix this bug I guess.

no one would play this if the progress is just wasted like this

This assumes that the points are recorded in some way. If they’re not, there might not be anything that can be done.

I played a game when it came out and achieved 3 masteries. I wanted to play again today, but all my perks have disappeared. I’m kinda sad and i don’t want to play again until the fixes.
