I heard that heroizing more than 10 units at once as Atlantis caused OOS errors. Can anyone confirm if this is fixed? I don’t want to play with Atlantis until this is for sure fixed.

Has not met problems with heroizing more than 50 units at the same time yet.
No, your system will lag and fps drop towards 5 if you promote more than 5-10 units at a time.
In multiplayer this is likely to cause desync.
Well these 2 messages contradict one another haha. Well, I hope the next patch fixes this issue completely then as it has been the most well known reason for the desyncs.
I’m not completely sure how many I heroised at once, but in a recent one of my games I think it might have been about 10, and I didn’t get any desync.
I really wonder why the game has such massive frame drops while turning units into heroes.
It doesn’t seem to be something that should cost much performance at all.
I’m pretty sure it depends on both players hardware and likely also a little bit of random chance.
If you and your opponent have a powerful machine you seem to be less likely to desync.
