Will I see the difference if I download a 4k video package for my full hd monitor? Will the picture in the videos get better? Makes sense?

GOod question. I did download the DLC but I’m only on an effectively a 2K monitor (2560x1440) but I do have HDR. On a 1080p monitor, I doubt it’ll be useful, probably even on a 2K monitor. We’ll see.
